Most women have experienced rushed appointments, fragmented care, and the frustration of feeling like a number in a system. I built this practice to be something different.

As a double board-certified physician in Family Medicine and Integrative Medicine, I combine the thoroughness of primary care with the root-cause, whole-person approach of integrative medicine - all within an unhurried, deeply personalized membership model.

I see women across all stages of life, with particular expertise in the moments that matter most.

Areas of Focus

  • Whether you're just starting to think about pregnancy or actively trying to conceive (with or without a fertility specialist), I help lay the strongest possible foundation. Hormone balance, cycle optimization, nutritional support, and integrative approaches to fertility that complement whatever path you're on.

  • I don't provide obstetric care, but I'm here as your primary care and integrative medicine partner throughout your pregnancy. Think of me as your quarterback: helping you navigate symptoms, supplements, medications, and decisions alongside your OB.

  • One of my deepest areas of focus. The fourth trimester is chronically underserved in conventional medicine. I offer thorough, unhurried postpartum support addressing things like physical recovery, breastfeeding support, hormonal shifts, mood, thyroid, and the ongoing transition into motherhood.

  • The years before menopause (sometimes a decade or more!) are often the most confusing and most dismissed. Irregular cycles, sleep disruption, mood changes, brain fog, weight shifts: these are real, they matter, and they deserve real attention. I take perimenopause seriously with comprehensive hormone evaluation, integrative and evidence-based treatment options, and a doctor who actually listens.

  • Menopause touches everything: bone health, cardiovascular risk, cognitive changes, sleep, weight, libido, mood. And you deserve a doctor who treats it that way.

    I offer both hormone therapy (including bioidentical hormones) and non-hormonal approaches, tailored to your history, your preferences, and your goals. Not a one-size-fits-all protocol, not a dismissal, but a real conversation about your options, the evidence behind them, and what makes sense for you.

  • Annual wellness visits, chronic disease management, preventive screenings, medication management, and coordination of specialist care. Ongoing primary care for adult women at any life stage, whether you're focused on foundational health or navigating a major transition.

  • Root-cause investigation, comprehensive lab analysis beyond standard panels, nutrition, supplements, stress, sleep, and lifestyle - woven into everything I do, not simply offered as an add-on.
